Mark can transcribe all of your calls or part of it and highlight the key moments, making follow-ups simple and efficient.

Start Taking Notes You can put Mark into Note-taking mode by saying, "Start taking notes." Mark will confirm by saying, "Sure."
Ready to Use Now, Mark is in note-taking mode and will begin recording the audio conversations of the participants.
How to Stop Mark? To stop note-taking, say, "Stop taking notes." Mark will confirm by saying, "Ok," and will then go on mute.

Research mode in CopilotForce

The Research Mode is a unique feature within CopilotForce that enables users to pose queries to the AI. The AI assistant, powered by OpenAI, then processes these queries by scanning the internet to find the most accurate responses. This function can be activated and utilized through both vocal commands and typed text.

1 To activate the Research Mode, simply command, "Enter Research Mode." Upon receiving this command, the AI will transition into Research Mode.
2 Once the AI is operating in Research Mode, users can ask any question they wish. For example:  "What is the current weather in New York?"  "What is the current price of BTC?" 
3 To manually exit the Research Mode, users should command, "Exit Research Mode".
